I and my boyfriend had sex 3 for 3 consecutive days withou protection and those wer the 21st, 22nd and 23rd days of my cycle. I still didn't get pregnant.
What could be the problem
M I infertile??
Three days is nothing when trying to become pregnant. It takes the average couple up to a year of actively trying before finding out they are pregnant.
May I ask how old the both of you are?

Like J_9 said, it often takes a fair amount of time to become pregnant. Of course it also can happen when you least expect it as well.
The only way you would have a chance of getting pregnant from those three days would be if you were to ovulate in that time or within the several days afterwards.
The question then becomes when do you ovulate? Often women don't even know unless they are actually trying to get pregnant... that is when it is most often paid any attention. There are many websites available to help you get an idea of when you might be most likely to ovulate... although not everyone follows the norm. You will also learn some ways that your body may let on that it is preparing for ovulation. Even with good timing, it may take quite awhile for conception to occur.
So, it is far too early to even be thinking about possible problems with being able to get pregnant. I know it is hard when you are really hoping it will happen quickly, but most doctors won't even be concerned or begin discussing testing both partners until you have been trying for at least a year.

Uhm...
As the others have said...
You really think three days is enough to complain?
A person can get pregnant on the first time with another, or never.
There is a lot of "in between" between first time and never.
As J_9 and doulaLC said, most doctors won't even talk to you about infertility (without probable cause, like chemo early on) until a year or change of deliberately trying.
In the meantime, if a child is really what you and your partner want, consider things that increase your chances. Get good rest, take a good multivitamin, exercise, optimize good health and minimize risks (drug use, alcohol, pollution)... and these go for your partner as well as you.
So... not sure what the panic is about.
You had sex for a couple of days and didn't get pregnant.
Welcome to most of humanity.

He was trying to say use complete words. What is actually spelled what, etc. Chat speak is not allowed here.
You don't understand why you didn't get pregnant in 3 days? Probably because you were not ovulating. Pregnancy doesn't happen with each session of intercourse.
