My daughters father has been in and out of jail. He currently has warrants for a child molestation case. I want his rights terminated. He does not support his child and owe 10,000 in back child support he sees his daughter 2 or 3 times a year and I am getting married what do I do please help me.

Your only grounds would be that he is unfit and a danger to the child - whether he visits and/or supports the child and your plans to marry are incidental.

You would file a Petition in whatever Court handles these matters in your area and file for sole custody, no visitation for him. You, of course, will have to prove what you are alleging. His rights may very well be suspended but not terminated. Some States will not terminate rights under any condition UNLESS your new husband wants to adopt the child and your "ex" agrees to the adoption.
