What will happen in the state of Missouri if caught driving on a suspended license from a DWI from 2007

There's no way to tell - too many factors to consider... But, I think jail time is a possibility.

They will give you a free ride in their police car and a free tour of their jail for a few weeks or months.

Are you still on probatoin from the DUI ?
Normally you will at least receive a ticket, and the car will be impounded but it is so iffy
