I had my period on Thursday march 19th which was 4 days late. It started as very light pink spotting and the next day it was red and heavy. Saturday march 21st it was very light bleeding again. Today is march 30th and my nipples are sore and they hurt a lot. My cycle is every 29th day. I always have normal periods. I have been pregnant before and that was 1 year ago and I lost that pregnancy by miscarriage when I was 18 weeks. Do you have any idea why my nipples would be sore. They do get get sore like 3 days before I start my period, but I just had it 2 weeks ago.

Pregnancy might be a possibility... but since your period is off, it could be due to changes in hormone levels not associated with pregnancy. See what happens next month when your period is due.
