My 94 Honda accord has starting problems, it take 2 tries to get it started at anytime in the day and it is very hard to start after letting it sit for about 10 minutes. Rebuilt head, new main relay, plugs, coil and plug cables, what else can I change?:

Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM):

This will likely solve the problem. Also, I would replace the rotor and distributor cap (including O-ring) at this time.
