I received a letter from the collection agency yesterday and was wondering if there is a statue of limitations on when the vet (or collection agency)can put in a judgment... do you have that information? Sales of Goods = 4 years
Written Contract = 6 years

This would seem to qualify as a written contract which means the Statute of Limitations would be 6 years.
