Hi,

I was a student till Jan 2008 then from feb 2008 my OPY started.
My status to changed to H1b on Oct2008.
I filed my 2007 tax using 1040NR-EZ form.
How should I file my tax? I mean forms should I use?

Can I use 1040NR-EZ form?

If I don't want to file now, can I file my 2008 tax next year along with my 2009 tax returns using 1040 EZ forms? If I can what is the procedure for that?

When is the last date to file tax?

Thanks in Advance.

If you are single, then you will file nonresident return and Form 8843. You will get treaty deduction.

Thank you very much.

In the link you provided they say that we can include our tution fee too.

Is that right, can non resident include tution fee, books, room expenses in tax, even interest paid on bank loan?

Does the bank loan has to be taken in USA or can we include the interest we pay in INDIA for bank loan?

Thanks

Non residents do not get tuition deduction or education credit.
