How would I do this problem?

Im not really understanding it in math.

You can't really "solve" it. You have one equation, but two unknowns (a and c). You need two equations to solve this type of system.

You can rearrange it by multiplying both sides by 3. This will give:

a = 3c

But that's about all I can think of
