My eldest sister and her husband for almost 12 years are having some really difficult problems. He's accusing her of cheating for over 2 years with someone that lives in the same street as they. I don't believe so, because during that time he accused her of cheating she was babysitting my baby all day between 8 to 5. Monday to Friday. He goes to work and comes home at 5. doesn't work on weekends. Also the state she used to get herself... doesn't look like she would have been cheating. Also she is someone who is always busy. Her mother-in-law can't wait to start a case with her. She is afraid.
What should she do?

Hard to discuss this situation through a third person. Maybe you could direct her to this site and she could ask her questions...
What does she want to do?

Why is the mother in law wanting to start a case with her?
What are her options? What does she want to do about the situation?

Her mother-in-law loves to rule her sons lives. She behaves very unethical. She will go by my sister's home this afternoon to quarrel with her and make a big scene. Somehow when I spoke to my sister, she said she had a diary she used to write in since before she married. Her sister in law's niece used to live downstairs at her home. Somehow the man that her husband is accusing her of cheating is in the diary and haven't mentioned anything about having an affair and loving each other. Did she did wrong in writing in her diary. The man was just a friend to her and the niece.

She's going to have to see if she can somehow convince him that she didn't cheat and won't cheat... put up with the continued accusations and drama... or, if it gets to be too much, and he refuses to trust her no matter what she says, she might decide to leave the marriage. Any option will be difficult, but to do nothing simply allows it to continue and will eventually effect her greatly.
