My dissolution was finalized in Indiana in 2000. The signed decree states that child support is to be paid until age 21. The case was moved to Ohio in 2004. It is now before the court to modify the age child support is to be paid to age 18 since that is the law in Ohio. Is this possible? If so, can I file for past alimony since they do not allow for it in Indiana but do in Ohio?

The state in which the original order was passed in has jurisdiction still.

Yes. It is unusual, but the entire case was moved to Ohio and all hearings take place in Ohio. Child support issues are now heard in Ohio. Do you know of any case law that support that the decree would stay the same?
