I had an arbitration hearing, and I won the hearing, this would actually be my second time winning with this case, first time in small claims, and the second time in an arbitration hearing. The problem is; I was suing my previous landlord for my security deposit and to be refunded for the items that was left at the premises. The landlord is not willing to pay what he was ordered to pay to me, he wants to just pay a small portion and I am stuck because I feel if I take the offer; justice will not be served! The flip side is if I don't take the money I will have to go back to court, this time with jurors being present. I really don't think that I want what he is offering because I know that I have a strong case, but my lawyer is saying to consider the offer. I am basically caught between a rock and a hard place! I just need some insight as to what I inevitably will have to do. I also know that with arbitration hearings you have thirty days until you can collect, so can I wait out the time just to see what happens?
