OK I GOT IT! It's by Candy Dulfer and Dave Stewart and it's called "Lily Was Here". You can get it on the Pure Moods 1 cd. I spent a good deal of time talking with my dad about this... I thought I was better at naming songs, but I guess he is! Haha! Good luck!
