Ok here's a little about the situation... I have a two year old boy... The mother and I and my family had an understanding outside of court on visitation... all of a sudden she gets pregnant has to get married and refuses to let my child see any of my family... I am now filing for visitation for myself and my mother because he has a right to know us and we have a right to see him... I live in Indiana... I also have had to block the mother from my phone because she was harassing me every chance she could get... even on her wedding day!! (I put that in there to tell you how extremely irrational she is)
Can anyone give me advice on how to handle this... this girl is so crazy that I can't deal with her all she does is curse and scream at me and threatens me to no end... How can I deal with court... what do I ask/say in court?? Can I have my mother pick my son up every time so I don't have to deal with the mother?? What if the mother refuses to let me see my son??
If someone can answer all of these, plus some I would greatly appreciate it... I have no idea what to do or to say... I want to be an adult with this, but the mother will not handle anything like an adult... all she wants is to change my sons name and never have my family around him again... Please I would greatly appreciate anything and everything.
