I not trying to breed. She was in heat had a menstral cycle. And I don't know if she got outside . But now her nipples are swollen.. is that part of menstral cycle.

This is what happens when irresponsible pet owners do not spay and neuter their pets, and then don't even know if they have gotten out and around other dogs, while in their heat cycle.

Take your dog to the vet, find out if she indeed pregnant, pay to have the pregancy terminated if there is still time, and then get her spayed! Then make sure she can't get out, or the next vet visit will be when she gets hit by a car.
