I cannot send any messages (forwarded, compose & reply), the compose box closes up and I cannot enter it. It will also not allow me to enter an E-Mail address or an attachment.

What mail client are you using (Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc)?

Not to sure, Iam using Orange e-mail on Mozilla Firefox if that helps. I am not to hot on computers, therefore not sure how you find out.

So, if I understand you correctly, you open Firefox and then connect to "Orange". So, you're using "Web-based" e-mail (you have to access it through an Internet browser).

Hmmm. I think it may be a problem with the browser.

Try this.

Download the most recent copy of Firefox from: Firefox web browser | Faster, more secure, & customizable (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/) and install that. See if that doesn't fix your problem.

Also, go to Download CCleaner 2.17.853 - FileHippo.com (http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/) and download a copy of CCleaner. Install that (don't install the Yahoo toolbar when you see that box pop up -- unless you really want it for some weird reason) and run the "Cleaner". If you still have problems with the Orange Mail, I'll tell you some other things to do to try to fix it.
