Could any one tell me the diffrence b/n schedule 40 and 80 pipes ?

The difference is the wall thickness. Schedule#80's a much heavier pipe and not much used in home construction. Did this answer your question? Cheers, Tom

One other difference is that schedule 80 can be threaded.l

And, inside diameter is smaller on 80. Like speedball said, its just thickness of pipe. 40 is thinner, 80 is thicker(as tellu said, 80 can be threaded , because it is thicker). Same outside diameter, just different inside diameters. Please let us know what you are using it for, and we will suggest best one to go with.
Oh yea, 80 is more expensive.
