I'm a recent (third party) HUD Tracer Processing (MIP) refunds. My question is after all the paperwork is done, is there a refund code that the processers receive in order to get the clients refund mailed? How does the check come to my office in their name?

Assuming you did not sign up with some fake or fraud company, it will be up to the rules of the company you are signed up with and the forms you filed.

No, I did not sign up with any fraudulent company. I purchased the program (HUD/FHA Refund Processing) a month ago and still trying to work out all the kinks to get up and running. I do this at home. I have all the forms, letters, power of attorney, agreements etc. Do I need any special refund code besides sending in form 27050-B & appropriate documents to HUD?

Oh geez. So you purchased a program where you sell your services to process HUD/FHA Refunds. Something anyone can do on their own!

And the first thing you need to do is ask questions from some third party. If this were legit they would provide support. Searching the web came up with a number of sites offering this service. But there were also sites like this one:
Scam-Report.Com - Exposing The Scam of the Internet - Rebate Processing/Rebate Processor Jobs (http://www.scam-reports.com/Rebate-Processing-Rebate-Processor-Jobs.html)

And this one:

Be Cautious of FHA Job and Refund Offers — Mortgage Loan Place Blog (http://www.mortgageloanplace.com/blog/2007/05/03/be-cautious-of-fha-job-and-refund-offers/)

Sorry my friend, but if you make back the money you spent on this you will be lucky.
