Hi, I am trying to find out if I am waisting my time or not. In Nov. 2008 I was told I couldn't enter Canada because I had a criminal conviction from 2000. The conviction is a Class D felony for theft. It has been 5 years since my probation was finished and all money has been paid back. I am seeking entry because my 6 week old sons father lives there. Can anyone help and tell me my odds? I do not have any further criminal record other then this one huge mistake!
Thanks
