I hurt my taile bone doing a back tuck .an docter said that I hae to waght 2 weeks then come back for an x ray. Till then no heavy exercise .wiche for me is horrible I base my day on exercise of a nice porshone of it I am thinking of doing a strict diet for the time I am out .the worse part is the paine killers ether nock me out or macke it impossoble to sleep whate should I do I a only 12 for crying out loude :(

Rest until you are better. You are 12, you have lots of time to train, but if you give yourself a chronic injury now by now allowing yourself to get fully better, then you will have years of not exercising intensely ahead of you.
Eat at maintenance. Don't do a strict diet, but make sure you are eating lots of fresh unprocessed whole foods. If you don't have the nutrition available, your body is going to take longer to heal.
