The best is called a dentist. :)

Tooth ache indicates some problem, and a dentist sorts that out.
Pain releavers don't !

A dentist will need to examine you to find the root of the problem; no pun intended. Often a toothache is very difficult to determine precisley which tooth is causing the problem. Orajel and tylenol are only good to temporarily relieve the pain until you can get in and see your dentist.
