I'm a 59 year old male & receding hair in front of head and one spot in the back of the head. Can anyone tell me the best ingredient on the market to re-grow or will I be wasting my time and money??

Minoxidil (Rogaine). Other than that, it's probably hopeless.

The product is sold as Rogaine (U.S. and Canada) and Regaine (Europe and elsewhere). Rogaine is manufactured by Upjohn. Upjohn's patents expired in 1996. I googled "Minoxidil" and I see that there are other brands on the market: Kirkland Minoxidil Walgreens Men's Minoxidil; Follicare Minoxidil; CVS Minoxidil. It appears to be available in 2%, 5%, and 15%.

Check at your nearby pharmacy. It's available Over The Counter in the U.S.
