This was a one time education kid show/movie. The Character was a young girl who wore an outfit will all the rainbow color's (not rainbow brite) The color's went all the way down to her stockings. The color's on the dress& stockings started to fade away because the towns people were sad about something. She had to go to each town person who was color coordinated (the red family, the orange, blue, green, etc.) To get back her rainbow. Scene's through this kid movie was of character's who came to life through out her journey in the town. The main Character was a brunette. This also might have been a sing-along. I don't remember to well, because I was about 3 or 4 in daycare. Never forgot it though. I was bornin 1986 so I had to be anywhere a few yrs before or after. Please help me figure this out. It's been driving me crazy for so long.
