I have to wait until I got the TID for my dependents?

You can file with your tax return.

Actually TID (Tax identification Number) ITIN has to be applied along with your Federal tax return. You can download form W7 from Internal Revenue Service (http://www.irs.gov) and fill it for your dependents. Also search ITIN in IRS website wherein you can get all the information. You need to get notarized copy of your passport and attach it to form W7. Then attach this form W7 to your federal tax return and post it to the address mentioned in the ITIN application, TX address. If you need file state tax returns also, you need to file extension for states and after obtaining ITIN, you need to file state tax return as states do not accept return without SSN or ITIN.
