Hi there.

So I'm 10 weeks now, not suffering any serious symptoms thank god. Last pregnancy I was really ill.:D

But I do feel very tired in the eveings and that's when it matters cause that's when I'm at work teaching horse riding, I brought a high energy drink with me and it worked I felt full of life. I looked at the ingredients and its full of calories and there is a good bit of caffine in it too.

Is it bad to continue to use it? And if so is there something on the market that is OK to help with fatigue?

OK thanks

There are vitamins on the market specifically for pregnancy that contain, iron supplement, etc. Ask your doctor to recommend a brand. They won't work as fast as an energy drink, but will work to build up your stamina. I don't think the energy drinks are a good way to go while being pregnant.

I got pregnant when my son was 3 months old.. I had gestational diabetes and high blood pressure with my son so I was caffeine crazy and endup up having a mc not sur eif it was from all the soda I was drinking but I know it's really bad for u when u are pregnant if you drink a lot of it every day!
