How long usually takes to get I-129F Petition for Fiancée get processed?

Currently 6 months at the CSC. https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/ptimes.jsp

It took me and my now husband 4 months to get our finacee visa approved, I am a British citizen and he a US citizen , this was last year in 2008 we applied at the beginning of June and got approved at the beginning of October, we expected much longer but I guess we had a straightforward case and no complications.

Next step is , an interview at the nearest US embassy to where you are located, a medical is required , you will take with you to the interview whatever they ask, certificates , police clearence certificates, all costing money of course , you can find numerous sites on the internet for guidance on these procedures ,we found a good video on You Tube uploaded from a couple that had been through it all , put in a search and I'm sure you will find it.
