I would like to know if you can use the same morning after pill a person would use on a dog?

NO, you cannot use a morning after pill on a dog.
If your dog has had an unwanted mating you can go to your vet and get a misalignment injection.

No you can't.

Go to the vet asap, and after the injection make an appointment to get your dog spayed.

In agreement with the others! No you can't. Have your dog spayed. There are too many dogs being bred by backyard breeders, and the dog overpopulation has reached astronomical proportions. It is your responsibility to get the injection and have her spayed before anymore "accidents" happen.

No, Human Medications were not meant for pet use. You are more likely to only succeed in damaging your dogs health. As the others have mentioned there is a mis-mate injection, but you only have a 24 hour window to do so. Also when a dog mate it prolongs the heat cycle, so you're best bet is to get her spayed or you will likely be dealing with more "accidents" and/or unwanted litters. This means instead of saving money by cheaping out on the procedure it will in fact cost you a whole lot more, in vet visits to get the shots or in the costs of taking care of the puppies, not to mention if something goes wrong in pregnancy or delivery and your dog has to be rushed in. This doesn't just hurt you and your dog, this hurts every dog in every shelter in the world. Please do the right thing and get her spayed.
