I have statred to lose wait,iwas about 100 lb. over, under the arms and near brest is a lot of fat hanging,I'm copd, what kind og exercise can I do for this. Thank yon

Is it excess skin or fat?
If it's fat keep doing cardio [jogging/running, jumping jacks], things that keep your heart going. Do other excercises as well [i.e. strength training, building lean muscles]- you can find these on videojug.com and they'll show you how to do them!
If it's skin that is hanging then I fear the only option is surgery.

You I also agree with it that if the skin that is hanging you have to go for surgery.
