I'm in need of advice, as my sister is diagnosed as depressed and her boyfriend is mentally ill and has just been sectioned, he steals money from her and the kids and disappears randomly. My sister has decided to drop out of uni and to support him through this. The dilema I face is that she has two children and I love my nephew and niece and have them a lot as does my other sister. Lastnight she informed me that she is going to move to wales with him to be near his family but there no good the kids don't even know them and a lot of them are also unstable. I don't know what my rights are or if there is anything I can do at all, she won't take any adivce from anyone and she is so blind to his actions can anyone help me ?

This is hard, maybe an intervention with family and friends will make her see the big picture. Other than that you could offer the kids to stay with you [if you can] or maybe another family member.
