Products like Palmers Cocoa Butter can help reduce stretch marks and scars. Ask your local chemist about some products as there are quite a few out there :)

There's also a timewise visibly fit body lotion that I've used that works awesome. It's by Mary Kay.

They can easily identify the appropriate product to suggest to you and I believe that these products are pretty much available on any skin care stores or any pharmacy (http://www.247pharmacy.us/). Generally, though, stretchmarks fade in time. but if you can't wait, ask the friendly dermatologist.
