My 89 honda civic dx will not start when I turn the key on, the check engine light comes on and everything looks normal but when I go to crank, nothing happens. I also looked at the error code place below the glove box, on the floor, on the passenger side and after the first initial blink, it gave me twenty (20) repetitive blinks. I have been trying to find the error codes online but am having little luck. It had only been maybe two days since I had started it and driven it around town just like normal. I have only had the car for maybe two months and it hasn't giving me a problem at all until today. If any one could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

20 = Electrical load detector (ELD)

Clear the code, by disconnecting the negative battery cable for 10 seconds, and check it again. If the code is legitimate, it may require replacing the underhood fuse/relay box. They are expensive, so check salvage first.
