I am a US citizen. I have an out of wedlock child born outside of US. I am currently married to another woman- she is Us citizen. My wife adopted the child. The adoption was finalized outside of US -in the country where the child is residing. What steps do I take to bring the child in US

Not enough information. Are you listed on the birth certificate as the father. Any other evidence of paternity? Did you register the child's birth with the US consulate?

I am on the birth certificate of the child. I have not registered the child with US consulate.

You will need to meet the physical presence requirements. This is from AMCON

Registering Overseas Births Of U.S. Citizens
When a child is born overseas to an American citizen parent, or parents, certain documentation is required in order for the child to be registered as an American citizen. Once registered, the child can receive his/her Certificate of US Birth Abroad and US passport. If only one parent is a US citizen, US law requires that he/she has lived in the United States at least five (5) years, two of which need to be after the age of fourteen (14).
