I have came across a system that uses UVC light from a special bulb that is located inside an air conditioning unit. This system ultimate purpose is to get red of mold inside the air conditioning unit by having the light attack the DNA of mold.

My questions are as follow:
1- Will UVC light also kill bacteria and viruses in addition to mold
2- Won't there be mold in places where lights does not reach such as in shadow places.
3- Will there be mold generation inside the ducting system, since the UVC is inside the unit only.
