Respected Sir,
I recieved a letter from the below said addresser mentioning that he is working in universal air courier. His name is John Coleman, the despatch office of universal air courier. The content of the letter is that I won a sum of 891,934 POUND STERLINGS. No he ask me to send

Courier charges .............95.00 Pounds (VAT inclusive)Administrative ..............307.00 Pounds
Insurance ......... .........300.00 Pounds
TOTAL: 712.00 Pounds sterling (Equivalent $1,500.07 USD)

Delivery within 48 hours:
Courier charges ............. 60.00 Pounds (VAT inclusive)
Administrative .............. 250.00 Pounds
Insurance ................... 300.00 Pounds
TOTAL: 610.00 Pounds sterling (Equivalent $1,299.80 USD)

Delivery in 3 days:
Courier charges ............. 45.00 Pounds (VAT inclusive)
Administrative .............. 200.00 Pounds
Insurance ................... 300.00 Pounds
TOTAL: 545.00 Pounds sterling (Equivalent $1,171.94 USD)

I wanted to know whether this is a correct mail or a scam one. Is such a man John Coleman working over there? Is the set address true or false. I am anxiously waiting for anyone's answer.

This is a scam. If you really won something they would not charge you to receive it.

This is very similar to the FedEx International scam. Don't fall for it.

As noted, this is a very well known and common scam. If you ever send them money, it is gone forever
