Dear Sir,

I am staying in a third floor flat for last 20 years. For last about 19 years there is a continuous leakage in my home from upstairs fourth floor flat. The flat owner above & the architect of our housing society are not giving any heed to our request to solve the problem of leakage. Now the same leakage has reached the second floor flat below us & now the architect of our housing society is threatening us to damage our house for leakage in the downstairs flat. They are constantly harassing & threatening us. Not only that they once broke our entire flooring for no reason. If the leakage from above flat is fixed both the floors leakages will stop automatically. But the architect of our housing society is enjoying to break our house only & not interested in solving the problem in near future. He make mockery of us, put us in a humiliating position, conveys wrong information to society secretary, try to convince them to break our house. I feel we are in a deep trouble.

Please advice

Regards

I know this sounds unfair and I agree. But to find the leak in the 4th floor that's the best way is usually through the ceiling below.

That explains the first part.

To explain the breaking up of your floor doesn't make sense. Sounds like the who's who there doesn't understand gravity at this point.

I would call a plumber and get a professional take on this. It would behoove you for all three of you to meet. You the plumber and the architect of our housing society
