I have bought Honeywell digital RLV4300 Thermostat from Homedepot, and want to replace old analog one. I found there is only 2 wire (both are black) out from RLV4300, but there are 4~5 colored wires from old thermostat. Want to know how to connect the wires. Thank you for help.

Will not work with a 24 volt system for use on 220/240 systems

Actually the method for wiring this thermostat is this...

There are two wires coming off the thermostat... neither is polarized so the wires you connect to it (hot, or not) aren't affected...

Take your two "white" wires and merit them together.. that provided continuance to the radiator, take one black and connect to the black on the thermostat and the second black to the other black on the thermostat...

You have heat.
