Hi there,

Is there anyone out there that can give me weight loss tips? I work anywhere from 9 to 19 hours a day. I barely have time to eat, much less to exercise. What are some suggestions for losing weight when you have no time for anything?

Thank you, everyone, in advance.

I'm going to be blunt and say:

The only way to lose weight and successfully keep it off is to eat right and exercise.

However,

You need to eat breakfast, without it's slowing your metabolism down thus making you store fat. Eat less salt, it makes you puffy. Incorporate as many fresh fruits and veggies as you can. It'll help you poop better; by producing more stools your body feels better your gut is trimmer and believe it or not being "backed up" creates other problems in your body [i.e. acne, poor sleep, cramps, etc.].

So my suggestion in short is: take the stairs, walk to work [if you can], eat right and do some cardio [jogging, running up and down stairs for 10 min non stop].

It's hard work but it'll be god darn worth it.

Oh forgot to add this:

You could do a raw veggie and fruit fast. So basically eat tons of fruits and raw veggies [steam them but no butter or salt!]. Drink water only.

Fasts aren't very good for you because you'll lose a lot of weight fast but in the long run you may gain more than what you lost.

Hello ChihuahuaMomma,

In your display picture you look perfectly fine and quite fit (If that's you) :)

As for being busy and not working out, I can see where you coming from and have had some experience whilst doing x6 12 hour shifts per week for a month and it was seriously hard to eat properly and work out!

As for the tips, Its purely about will power - 'State of mind'

If you have 30 minutes to yourself.. Go for a run around the block or if possible do a good 3mile run, times don't matter aslong as your heart beats and your out of breathe you know you've worked hard. You don't even need to leave the house, just jog on the spot, get your legs up high and you'll feel the burn.

If you are literally too busy for this then a slower option would be to eat less and eat properly, eat no junk food, no fizzy drinks or anything like that!

I don't know where you are from the world but I imagine a western culture with all the temptation of mcdonalds and sweeties etc.. But just think about the future and how you'd look. If you can buy yourself a diary and write what you do per day fitness wise or what you've ate, I can honestly say it helps a lot.

There isn't any miracle drugs I'm afraid but all you need is 'Will Power' and you'll succeed!
