I have some problem on my phone
1- when I want to use bluetooth I can't get any thing from other phones I just can send the items.
2- I don't know how to use my memory card , this phone has memory stick but I don't know how to open my files . Because I can't see any option for memory stick on desktop.

Could any one help me how to solve these problem on my phone ?

Yup! Had the same problem and if it helps I just had a buddy who had the same problem too so I'm an "unofficial experianced blackberry technition" lol but what you do is if you have a memory card as you do, all you have to do when blutoothing is when your on your media screen hit the blackberry sign key ( the one with the 7 white dots on it) scroll down to send using bluetooth and to receive click receive using blutooth and it should work. Ps make sure you've paired wit that person too and make sure your bluetooth is on when doing so and make sure it is off when not in use... this drains the battery. "whew" :shocked: hopefully this works

Thanks for your answer but I am not able to use my memory slot and all my images and songs on my phone could u help on this one too and another peoblem when I am working whit my phont it suddenly gettlng turn off and to turn it on again I have take thhe battery out and put it back again

Is yor phone refurbished or did you buy it from someone other thatn retailer. Also if you have too much saved to your phone then it will cause it to shut down. Think of it as a computer, that's all blackberry is a mini cpu
