Is it wrong for a 15 year old girl to get a tattoo?

Wrong? No.

But ask yourself how many people age 30 or up that you know of who are happy that they have a tattoo.

Remember that they cannot be removed later.

I got my first tattoo done when I turned 18... I'm only 23 now and I already regret it.

Same with one of my work mates... she got a pink pig tattooed on her ankle when she was 16... she is now 26 and going to get it removed.

It is certainly not wrong, just remember, even though you might love it now, bear in mind you tastes do change as you get older, no matter how much you might think they won't :)

I have a tattoo I got it right at 18 it waz be birthday present anyway they do hurt yes but in the end some people regret it some don't (I dont)
But getting one a 15 is a bad idea wait until 18 and have the desine with you and make sure it's the one you want and never change your mind about the kind worry abut the color later

Well first off, you'd have to get your parent's permission to do so, since you're under 18.
I agree with everyone's else's post, it's not wrong to want a tattoo now, or get one, just expect that later on you may regret it. I would stick to something personal, like your initial, a family pet's name.
P.S. Do NOT ever get a significant other's name----I don't know one person who's gotten one and is still with that person.
P.P.S. I take that back I do know one person. But it's pretty much a jynx :) Ha ha.

It's not wrong to want to express yourself. But at 15, I think there are less permanent ways to do that. You're tastes will change from 15 to 20 to 25 to 30. And you will most likely regret it. Now I'm not saying that you WILL regret it.

Good luck talking your parents into it. Keep in mind that you are probably still growing so if you get it, it might not look the same in a few years because of stretched skin.
