I have custody of my 2 grandaughters my daughter passed away 2 yrs ago the father is nothing but a jail bird he doesn't even know the 3 yr old I want to move from Pennsylvania to Indiana with my fiancé due to his work what's the laws on this do we have to be married? What do I have to do to move.

Can you define what type of custody you were given so we might be able to answer the question. Was it an adoption ? Was the fathers rights taken away ?
