I've been looking for a specific 80's kids movie for years and can't remember it's name!
It's stars a young girl with very short brown hair, who's maybe about 12. She is trying to retrieve a magenta coloured object from an evil Queen, so that she can return to her own land. (This part I remember particularly well, because the object had electricity flowing from it and was a centre piece in a glass cage, in the middle of a very dark room at the Queen's Lair).
The girl was guided through this magical world to the Queen by various puppet creatures and at one point is able to walk straight up the side of a brick wall.
As the credits role, the young actress who plays the lead character gives an interview about the movie.
Does anyone have any ideas? It's driving me crazy!
