I came to the US in 2008 and I am living in IL state from then on. I am not sure which form to use for filing State Tax - IL return.

If I use IL - part year resident, the software asks for the other state where I lived during the remaining part of the year.

Please advise.

The software SHOULD have a "FOREIGN" option to allow for people who came from out of country.
