I have these bumps on the lips of my vagina, but not on the inside, some just look like white dots, others are actual bumps that look sort of like pimples, but no head. I have had sex, but I had them before that. They don't normally itch unless I scratch them. I have been doing research on them but can't seem to find one thing that really fits them, the actual bump like ones sort of look like that of Molluscum Contagiosum but doest suit the others? I'm really scared, but can't bring myself to talk to my mum or ask my friends. I cannot go to a free women's health clinic as there isn't one where I live..

If it would help I will attach photos of the spesific kinds of bumps, I just want to figure this out!

Small painless bumps on the vulva may be related to a yeast infection especially if you have been cleared by a doctor, but it is always best to be seen by your ob/gyn with issues "down there"as an std can look diffferent on different people, and you can get an std from oral sex as well as sexual intercourse. Is there a female adult you trust or maybe your school nurse?
