Can you roll the money into some other type of acct and then withdraw it. Is there thing we can do or we just S.o.l. tks sc;)

Not at 46. There is no way you can touch this money without significant penalties. Your only hope here is taking a loan against the account.

As long as you work for this company no you can not withdraw the money, you can borrow against it.
