I need help finding a friend I lost contact with 5 years ago. We grew up together and we were best friends. She helped me get through some of the lowest points in my life. When we were in 9th grade she went into foster care and had to move. I have talked to her a few times since then. The last time was in October of 2003. I have used people finder websites and I paid for an address 3 times. Each time I was given the same address. She doesn't live at that address and her mail can't be forwarded. I have a wealth of information about her but none of it seems relevant where I have been looking. Is there a website or some place I could go to find a current address for her. I have also looked a several social networking websites and she has stopped going to all that she has an account with. Any information that can be given would be greatly appreciated. Did the two of you have mutual friends with whom you were also close? Perhaps some of them might know where she is? I would like to assume that she wouldn't just want to lose contact with everyone with whom she was close in her past.

I think I found her, hopefully. I knew she might be in another state, living near one of her sisters. I searched that state and I got an address. Her birthdate lined up right down to the year. I'm so excited. I'll keep you all updated.
