I just got into an accident while on a suspended license. My first thought was to see if the other party would settle this without reporting it but they had already called their insurance company. The accident was not my fault and I'm insured, any idea what will happen when I file a claim with my insurance company?

Hello b:
Insurance companies only insure LICENSED drivers. I'm sure when your company finds out you were NOT licensed, they'll deny your claim.

If you lied on your insurance application the claim will undoubtedly be denied and you could be charged with fraud. If you had a license then and do not now, the claim will most probably be denied.
Why don't you have a license? Were you charged with that? If not, you very possibly will be. I see driving without a license charges filed long after the accident all the time.
If the claim is denied, you are personally responsible for all of the monetary damages from the accident - car repairs, medical bills, pain and suffering, as well as your legal costs in defending any action. Until those bills are paid you cannot get a drivers license in ANY State.
