Doesn't work that way. First any answers are posted to this forum thread, not sent via e-mail. Second, I don't believe there is a "Florida Abandonment Law". If you want help it might help us help you if you explain your circumstances.
It sounds like you are asking what are the rules concerning using abandonment as grounds for a divorce in Florida. If so, please supply us with more details about the alleged abandonment.

Well they have a law where you leave you child at walmart bathroom and drive off and actually abandoned the child, but I doubt this is what they are talking abuot.
If the other bio parent is merely not visiting ( over a couple years) and not paying behind over a certain amount of court ordered payments, you can request that you get full custody and that the other parent does not get any visitation rights or they are limited to supervised
And on payment you turn it over to an enforcement agency either state or private.
