After my grandfather passed away I found old paper money in the bottom of a dresser drawer. Among these were several paper notes from Korea and Japan. My grandfather was a veteran of WW II serving in the Asiatic Pacific. Among these I have 2 military curreny in Five Yen and Fifty Sen and a Fifty Centavos that reads the Japanese government. Also One Peso of Japanese Government and two 100 won of the Bank of Korea. Does anyone know if these are worth anything?

Go to World coins and paper money from Joel Anderson (http://www.joelscoins.com) for information. I just found it today searching for answers to the same thing found in my dad's old trunk in the attic. The centavos were issued by the Japanese in the Philippines; rupees were issued in in Burma, etc. He has one bill shown valued at $7.00.
