Probably, although those type of products that come with a service may be customized by the manufacturer just for that particular vendor and may not support all the features and functionality of the equivalent retail model. You have nothing to lose by trying, although it is probably best to not expect any support from Verizon or the manufacturer in getting it configured for the other service.
