It means that GOD will be pleased with the utilisation of all the talents HE gave you to use.
You should be ultimately rewarded.

To me, this means that at the end of your life you have no regrets because you used everything given to you to the fullest extent of your ability. Not saying "no" when you could help someone, not hoarding things for yourself when you can give them to someone else, and not fulfilling your dreams when you can reach out and touch them.

I just have a doubt... Is that mean that the talent part is an extinguishable resource?

What does the emma mean by saying. "I would not have a single bit of talent left.. :?"

Definitely an extinguishing resource!
NO DOUBTS here.
Examples:-
Talent = Brains . DEMENTIA extinguishes memory.
Talent = Hands of the Sculptor. Loss of limb
extinguishes all the talent.
