I am a student at the Univ. of Tennessee working as a seasonal ranger this summer in Georgia State Parks. My permanent address is in East TN... will I be liable for any income taxes to the state of Georgia?

If you are present in a state, then any income earned during this period, must be reported to the state.

To your resident state, you must report your worldwide income for the year.
